We will honor all order cancellation request if it is done prior to Shipment. Normally is fine if it’s done within 8 hours.
Refunds and Returns
You can request a refund if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days).
- We can accept refund request for any products within 30 days of receipt of product according to the tracking number., but you must return the item first
- Please allow 24/48 hours for your refunds to process upon receipt of goods.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking number when you mail back the item..

Processing time is the time it takes for our suppliers to package your product and ship it. It can take 2-7 days. The Processing time will be added onto the Shipping time. The most common Processing time is usually 2-4 days. After processing, the items will be shipped and customers will have a tracking number sent to them via phone or email.
The United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia is typically quicker with an average shipping time of 10-20 days.
However, the actual worldwide shipping AND processing time still add up to 7-30 days to be on the safe side. This could even include some of these countries as were listed above.
That being said, for a package to arrive to the United States, one could expect 10-20 days after purchase. This includes shipping and processing time. However, there is a chance that shipping times can still go over this time frame. 10-20 days till delivery in the US is still just an average.
Shipping of course varies on location, but also varies heavily on High Demand and especially during the holidays. So in quarter 4 of the year, shipping times can increase due to traffic in shipping. This may cause shipping times to go above their average shipping time and reach more into the 7-30 day shipping range.
We do have tracking for every order as well! After an order has been placed, you will receive an email or text including confirmation of your order and you will be issued a tracking number. You can use that tracking number at the “order status” tab at the menu at the top of the home page.
NOTE: Tracking Information can take a few days before available. Once the product(s) are processed, customers will receive an email immediately stating that there order is shipping and receive a tracking code. It can take a few days before tracking info is available for the tracking code that was sent.
